Delicious Coastal Meals to Start off The New Year

I don't know about you, but all I ate this Christmas break was cake and cookies.  Although, I didn't gain much {thanks to my running schedule} I do feel stuffed and need a little change in my diet.  My husband, the Italian man that he is, is a terrific cook.  I would actually consider him a chef, my personal chef.  I clean, he cooks!  Well, I found these great recipes to start off the new year in a healthy way for my whole family.  Thanks sweetheart!
